Thank you for shopping at TheFirstYoung.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may request a return, exchange, or refund according to the terms below.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Include all original tags, accessories, and documentation.
  • Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

All returns and exchanges require prior authorization from our customer support team.

Items returned without authorization may be refused.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Items returned without original packaging, tags, accessories, or documentation.
  • Items returned outside the 30-day return period.
  • Items showing signs of misuse or unauthorized modification.

We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the requirements of this policy.

3. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase or before shipment, whichever occurs first.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may request a return or exchange after delivery if the item meets the eligibility requirements above.

4. Return Method, Shipping & Fees

Return Method

All approved returns and exchanges must be sent by mail to the return address provided in your return authorization email.

Returns or exchanges sent without prior authorization may be refused or experience processing delays.

Return Shipping Cost

For returns or exchanges requested due to personal reasons, including selecting the wrong size, choosing the wrong color, or changing your mind, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

For approved exchanges requested for personal reasons, TheFirstYoung will cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement item one time.

If the return or exchange is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, TheFirstYoung will cover all applicable shipping costs.

Restocking Fee

TheFirstYoung does not charge any restocking fees.

Returns are processed through our authorized returns facility located in Hong Kong.

5. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • The reason for your request

Our customer support team will review your request and provide further instructions, including the authorized return address if your request is approved.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

After review, we may offer:

  • A replacement;
  • A full refund;
  • A partial refund; or
  • Another appropriate resolution.

7. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds generally cover the purchase price of the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

Refunds are typically processed within 2 business days after approval. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
